I have never seen any discrimination while working for this company and that is a beautiful thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them care about you as a person and don't treat you like just another cog in the machine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This economic climate is devaluing our pay. It's hard for employees to give 100% at their job when they are struggling to survive at home. Also, this is the most I have ever payed for health insurance. Especially, considering how much I'm having to pay out of pocket for copays, etc.
