What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working on this team, there are many different things to work on, leading to a lot of variety in the day and being able to stretch my skill set in other areas,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HDHP insurance covers almost nothing now. Certain tier 1 Medication and doctor visits is completely out of pocket when the same was covered back in 2020. This now eats into the HSA, but with this change our compensation elsewhere hasn't increased to address this adjustment.
