Personalities, willingness to help, majority of teammates are of similar age

Low pay compared to the market. Seems to be a push to force back to work which majority of employees do not want
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over the last 10 years, pay has continually declined. Accelerators and bonuses are also more difficult to attain and declined as a percentage as well
