Remote Job, would for sure make me never want to leave. I am Hybrid at the moment.

We all want to help the team and each person as an individual and we do not gossip!

The most positive aspect is that they foster professional growth within the company. Family first value, is a top priority for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My income is supplemental and I am contributing with less than half of what my family of 4 needs to maintain our financially conservative lifestyle

My Income is supplemental. I am working toward getting a job hopefully within SPS to allow me to be able to at least humbly support a family of four.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can be myself and share future goals and aspirations. My managers actively help me find resources within the organization to get there even if that means I will move to a whole different department!
