I am super underpaid and super overworked. It has caused me severe anxiety issues to the point where even when I'm on PTO I'm thinking about how much work is waiting for me. There is no balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating better with their employees, having more inclusive events, providing resources so coming into office is easier than harder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really willing to support and learn from each other. Without one another, our jobs would be nearly impossible to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is one of the most important in the company yet we are paid significantly less than other companies with similar roles. We speak about 88 quarters of growth but none of that is reflected on how employees are paid/taken care of.
