That diversity is welcomed and there are different groups to meet with and iteract

The open dialogue and keeping us up to date on how the company is doing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work the pay could be more. I have an average about 20 retailers and the work load can be too much at times
