My experience started out very high, but gets worse everyday. The job description was misleading, I was not provided WFH equipment, management turnover within 6 months, new manager makes work difficult and unfun, issues are constantly ignored
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close and can have great conversations when the manager isn't around
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive environment is when my team meets over zoom without the manager present.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying fair wages, providing higher merit increases and opportunity for bonuses/incentives, not forcing people back into the office to waste their time and little money
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being forced to go back into the office a minimum of 2 times a week. I now have to spend my free time and personal money on work. SPS refuses to provide adequate equipment for work from home now that we are officially hybrid.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Direct manager is terrible. Manager does not listen to issues the team has, does not make any meaningful changes, does not follow through on their word. The team feels ignored and constantly belittled. Manager doesnt support us and have the teams best interest at heart. Hire a new manager
