I love my time at SPS, but do feel like there is a balance act needed to pay our employees more. I hope we can compensate for the amount of time I spend a day/week and have adequate benefits for commuting into the office.

I have been employed at SPS for almost 8 years and have been on 4 different teams during that time; each experience has allowed me to grow professionally and make invaluable professional network connections. I firmly believe I have been able to advance due to support from fantastic managers.

i have a master degree and do not feel my pay reflects that qualification.
