It's been a breath of fresh air working at SPS, it's challenging but balanced, and overall very positive and energizing to work here.

Great culture, great people, strong market leadership, and SPS has a clear path for future goals and our company's success seems sustainable/attainable. Only complaint is that some benefits could be better (i.e. maternity leave policy), but it's been a breath of fresh air coming in from outside.
