I enjoy my coworkers, I enjoy the work I do. I think SPS is a great place to start your career. I think compensation and benefits are lacking across the board. I also did not appreciate reinstituting in office requirements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a tight knit attitude I appreciate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super helpful, easy to work with, smart, and funny.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel employees are fairly compensated. Increase compensation and/or add a bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers at SPS have all been kind and understanding. They've encouraged my career growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An increase in compensation, improved insurance, and bonuses. The quarterly growth is great, but as an employee I don't feel like I'm given credit for it without a bonus or increase in compensation.
