I like working from home, but they're changing that now. A year ago, the pay was great. Now it is not with inflation and they aren't doing anything about it to show care for us rather than just saying they do.

The people and work/life balance are fantastic, but the compensation, whether through salary or benefits, is poor.

Our collaboration and atmosphere are the best

That they are flexible and don't expect us to work overtime

Compensating employees and understanding the impact their decisions have on us.

My direct team is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and cares about each other as a person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We aren't being paid enough to keep up with inflation, the housing market, and just general cost of living increases.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Almost everyone is really nice. There have only been 4-5 people that I've worked with who I never hope to again.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not a fun job and we're overworked so customers are not getting our best selves and they're having a poor experience and that reflects back on the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because Sales gets a lot of extra perks when the rest of the company gets hardly anything in comparison. The pay has not been adjusted with inflation and that makes it really hard to feel valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role at other companies are paid double what I am now. It's frustrating hearing about our "Journey to 1 Billion" but we never see rewards or legitimate appreciate for our efforts to reach that goal. Meanwhile the CEO gets more stock and we hardly get a wage increase.
