Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is awful for tenured employees. Their long-term loyalty and experience is taken advantage of when it comes to monetary compensation. It's a running joke that if you want to get paid in alignment with the industry and your experience, you need to quit and 'boomerang' back for fair pay.
