Listening to the needs of their employees. They have made multiple decisions over the years that go against company values, and cause anger and frustration across the teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparable salaries to other companies in their field, and compensation for their return to office policy which was sprung on us with no accommodations to the cost it has added to our lives
