Culture seems to be very important at my company and the time is taken for it throughout the year

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be at the Salary bracket where I am supposed to be in the position I am ,taking also in consideration that I have been with the company for x amount of years.

more perks are needed and more time and opportunities to spend physically with my manger and the whole team and after so many years in the company I would greatly appreciate some kind of recognition of all the hard work and dedication i have been showing and giving for so many years

being busy all the time and the fact that every day is a different day and full of excitement and time goes by fast which I love and what makes me the happiest is my customers who appreciate me so much and to see how happy and relieved they are when I resolve their issues.
