SPS has been fair to me in terms of pay. They should provide paid sick leave though. It's nuts in a post covid world not to.

My personal manager is great. Would like paid sick leave though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the phrasing of this question makes it a leading question, which is bias and poor survey making.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having no paid sick leave is horrible -- I only get to have 40% of my leave allowance this year because I had to get emergency surgery and couldn't work.
