I would like my job more if I was fairly compensated. People need money to survive, this job isn't paying enough.

We were acquired as a team and we remained a team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher pay would make it a better culture. I wouldn't need 2 jobs to survive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay me more money. The world is hard enough already poverty wages make it worse.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give me a raise. 60k would be nice but I even more would ensure that I am comfortable in my home life.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay me more. I need more money in my pockets. 48k is a low salary for the amount work and projects that I have. 60k should be the minimum salary. Anything less than that is a slap in the face. Inflation is killing your employees. Care enough to pay us more.
