The importance of my job. The way how everyone treats me here, and the feeling of my improvement as a Software Engineer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's always a closed process, where my desires are ignored. I'm just receiving the compensation review result and I can either sign it or leave SPS. Also, I feel like the loyalty of employees is being abused. Because if I were to change my job, I would receive a better counteroffer than usual.
