What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yelling and anger is not necessary or productive. I do the best I can everyday and some days barely take a lunch to get tasks completed. More understanding and appreciation and patience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dealing with mean coworkers while trying my best to get things done Always being low on bandwidth by the amount of tasks that I need to get done each week and facing immense pressure from other teams to get everything done right away. I don't livable wage, can't afford bills, food or a home
