Everyone is nice, we don't seem to be doing anything sketchy (selling data to China or whatever), and there's a clear path for career growth. With this being my first job out of college, I feel happy every day knowing that I work for SPS.

It is always encouraged to learn and ask questions, so I never feel that I'm not good enough

There's never any crunch time because we plan things so well. We're allowed to go at the pace we feel comfortable

We're all solving really interesting problems that relate to each other. We take turns solving categories of problems, such as making a service multi-region, so that we can all get experience with doing it
