What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If the goal is to be a billion dollar company, the profits need to reflect in the workers compensation, instead of just the executive leader's bonuses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are fine, however they are not great and were presented as exactly that, basically "we know they aren't great, but they are better than other employers" which is a terrible attitude.
