My team is incredibly collaborative. They were immediately welcoming and generous with their knowledge. They step up and lean in to help their peers on a daily basis, and they never do so with shame or blame.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The commitment to learning and development. My initial training was extensive and comprehensive. I was assigned a mentor on day one, and they stayed with me in a formal capacity for 90 days. Beyond that, my entire team is available and willing to support with any question I have going forward.
