Leading such an amazing and strong team that I can support their growth and development every single day. This and being able to help pave positive change as we grow as a business is really rewarding to me as a leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an employee who is consistently rated as a high performer year over year, and continues to take on an excessive workload in comparison of my peers, I am still one of the lowest, if not the lowest paid individual in my department compared to the peers in my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team has the best and strongest culture that I have gotten to be a part of before. I also have great working relationships with peers in similar roles as me throughout the organization that I effectively collaborate with every day. It makes it worth all of the hard work and enjoyable.
