They are very goal oriented and driven yet still down to earth and have reasonable expectations for their teams/coworkers. They create a fantastic culture of appreciation and teamwork. A+ leadership team.

Everyone works as a team and trusts each other. Work hard and play hard, we make sure to have fun and celebrate victories. Good work life balance. Work hard when you need to, take advantage of the times we need to put family first, etc.
