I have had a mix of good and really bad experiences with the company. If you are on the right team it is great. Otherwise it can be down right awful. My experience over the past year has been horrible and mentally destructive.

The medical Benefits are better than most places.

When I can work through a challenging task and succeed with it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the opportunities to be able to socialize and get to know my coworkers outside of the work environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to improve by assisting when someone needs help and working to make everyone feel valued and that they belong.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Individual contributors should be valued equally to managers. When issues arise, SPS sides with managers, making individual contributors feel undervalued and distrustful of management and HR's ability to address concerns.
