The people of SPS really make it what it is!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the size of this company, SPS does not pay its employees nearly enough compared to the level of work done at other large, successful corporations. Additionally the paternity leave benefits are abysmal - for a company that says it values women, it really doesn't show in that benefit.
