they care about work life balance. Thats a big yes for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Philippine compensation package is bare minimum. Appreciate if management can review.

All information are all out. My manager meet with us almost every week to go over information / details that we should know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is still the best that i know of. People are interacting, technical and you know you can reply on them whenever you needed to take some time off. Responsible people are still the best to work on.
