What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating employees - there is little to no recognition and pay is getting worse and new equity model is terrible and leaves no real long term incentives. We don't have big parties or anything fun anymore either. But they're also not great at prioritizing and scaling the business

More money, a different structure (like a bonus), and something better than options.

It would be helpful to have a recognition and bonus program. I also would like to have known my level before coming in. I think the salary was in market range but would have appreciated having more for total comp.

Too much isolation and silos. Nothing to include remote workers or make them feel part of the company despite being 50% of all employees
