The way they have navigated a very intense economic situation with poise and determination. This could not have been easy but they have been very clear that it is the right direction for the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During negotiations I was not told about NY state tax laws that affect out of state employees. I am being paid relatively the same as my prior job because of this. If I knew this I would negotiated for a higher salary to off-set the NY taxes.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sometimes people seemed closed off or very much to themselves. And there isn't a ton of community on my specific team, and I'm positioned in an unclear manner on the product vertical I support, so it's made developing working relationships a little tricky.
