I stay because i love my mentor and my team and i am focusing on my career growth. i would not recommend the company to my friends, and I will leave when my career is no longer growing/developing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in the support staff category. We are overworked and underpaid for the amount of constant work and pivoting for every situation we need to handle. And we are continuing to decrease support staff making this worsen.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a major lack of communication tools to be able to reach out work at home employees. Even the HR team, when we need to reach employees, have major struggles since they don't have teams or email.
