There many problems to solve, we are going through a transformation and change. CEO, CPO, CTO, CIO should be aggressive enough to push the change agenda. We have to move very fast.Don't see this aggressiveness from the above people. People who are blocking speed and pace of change should be replaced

So far so good, However processes are too bureaucratic and slow. support teams work against each other. For example there is no transparancy on TAT for IT support, you have follow up multiple time and no response

Needs to be proactive & aggressive. Hire for future and train its people on new technologies. Push people out of their comfort zone
