My experience here has been very good. I have enjoyed most of my time here. Yes, compensation and benefits can definitely be Improved. Improvement is also definitely required on our technology space, especially here in South Africa. Culture and environment is excellent.

At the moment and previously are loosing valuable talent and business because our salaries and benefits and not up there with most of our competitors.
