Work culture is not very good. Self grooming opportunities are missing. every team is overburden. Training and Quality top management is good. But some of the Company policy are not up to the market level. Every member should be given laptop and should have option of WFH.

Good Team work. They have good bonding among others
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All supervisors should be issued Laptop. Salary should have as per the market standards.
What makes you most happy at work?
My passion to work, and help in the growth of the process i am working in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the time i am occupied with my work. so, does not get much time to think about other things
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If i talk about the leadership of Training and Quality department, they are best but as far as operations leadership is concern, they are lack leadership quality
