Pretty good fixed pay. I think we need to work more on providing better perks , especially health insurance policy needs a re look, as that is the most important thing for an employee and family.

Being a part of such amazing marketing team and to have the best manager and cmo . The goals set are really challenging and exciting and getting an opportunity to learn new things in marketing space
