As a recent joiner I was impressed by the onboarding process which was structured and got me up and running in under a week. The tools presented to me were of high quality. The HR team and L&D were extremely supportive, sharing knowledge and background which enabled me to quickly settle in my role.

They are always open to feedback. They can be relied upon to get the job done and I feel my opinion is valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With diverse backgrounds the team comes together to deliver on tasks. We have work to do with the global teams but we'll rise to the challenge.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my manager's style which inspires me to be as effective as I can be. The prospect of transforming the current work and possibility of winning new contracts is challenging but also exciting.
