Minimal to no office politics as far as my interactions with colleagues and leaders. Leaders are open to engage employees regarding concerns and suggestions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual Merit Increases has been historically at par or below the country's inflation rate which to me means that my take home pay's purchasing power is getting lower year on year. Option to work-at-home or a Permanent hybrid set-up would be a great help as far as getting savings back to employees.
