A positive experience overall, I like the training and the opportunities fore advancement. I wish there was more opportunity for open discussion regarding wages and potential wage increases as the system feels very structured to ensure staff don't have an opportunity to ask.

Being recognised and taught new things and having that recognition and reward provided to me in the trust I'm afforded
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've recently been given a position with more responsibility, but noone has said anything to me about a pay rise, so I'm still getting paid the exact same amount as when I started taking calls. When my contract was up for renewal, there was no discussion about the potential for increasing my pay.
