Need to evaluate the supervisors and under go training GMRC . Recha Lozano , Plemary Leon , Rowel Roa . kindly please see them on your office . all of them are rude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my long stay in the company for more than 3 years i can say that I feel iam undervalued . they did not increase our salary , they did not provide internet allowance since we are WAH , the incentive is not enough and the salary as well based on the given task that were doing .
