Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have been here for over a decade and the company culture has declined. People are working for the sake of working rather then working becasuse they enjoy it. A culture change needs to be dropped from senior management urgently or the negativity will never change.

Communication to the lower line.

Lack of growth is demotivating

I am introverted, i think this question cannot be answered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Don't see a promotion or major change in my salary anytime soon

I dont feel like the challenges i am put through identifies with my true potential

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Majority are good managers, while the rest don't seem to know how to effectively manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of communication from local senior management who prefer to focus on themselves rather then the company at large.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Shown understanding and appreciation of my team and realise we are not there to check their work and perform admin for them
