Overall experience is good. Its just somedays are horrible when at the end of an year their is no increment or balance of salary amongst agents and team leaders.

I have given more than 6years to this organisation but mostly upraisal's were worst.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My current team is hard working, loyal to the organisation and have acheived their target on regular basis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their should be balance in salary amongst the role/designation. Appraisal is done just for the sake of doing it. There is no bonus or increment for TL's basis performance even after working to the best of abilities. Leadership should do something in internal and external hiring's paycheck.
