Stability Im motivated since I was able to grow and Im able to help others as well.

We do not have to much communication with all leadership staff we are limited to operations managers.

Level up, since this program help people to develop their language in that they become capable to be part of our company!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Im building the teamwork enviroment, we are new working together since is q new client but everyone is doing their best to keep the metrics in goal therefore we look to be on same page working as a one team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like things seem to be changing, still a lot of things to improve but at I can see our new director is traying to change our work enviroment I liked the red carpet activity! Waiting for more appreciation events! Mother's day :(
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we transition into other position we loose our tenure raises, I feel is nor fair that a new hired match the same salary and for example 2 year ago that salary was increase for everyone we matched same Salary with new hires, as well was not fair for other tenure agents.
