my overall experience is good, i have learnt many new skills in the organization. One thing which needs to improved is compensation , as it very low as per market offering. Organization should work on improving infrastructure.

Yearly increments are extremely low. I feel, increments should be good on yearly basis to retain and increase employee loyalty toward the organization.
