I worked here for the salary but it is not satistied. On TL level we getting paid on executive level salary. It is not at all good.

I have to work on same data regularly, unabel to learn new thing.

They need to be attentivenof shift hours. Need to take work as opportunity of growing them self.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is lots of work activity which make me engaged in my work. Good with people also valued the work and time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is not equal to the work hat i have to do as team leader. Also as a team leader provided salary is not good it is too low. Also i am not satisfied.
