I have an amazing leader and work with a great team. However, the expectation to collaborate with an unsupportive, partial site leader who is not transparent and expects blind loyalty without communication is making the work environment difficult. The lack of vision and direction has jaded staff.

Staff doesn't always participate in engagement activities, but when staff decide to be engaged and participate, they give full effort.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The site head withholds information pertinent to departmental success, fails to utilize company policy in way to ensure group success, displays favoritism, and cripples other members of the leadership team as they are unable to provide any level of transparency or direction aligned to his vision
