I Need more responsibilities and about that compensation I am underpaid as I have spent more than 10 years in the current company still getting less than the new hires.

No biasness at work place, every individual are treated by respect despite of the designation and if any junior complaint about seniors that will also investigate fairly. Top management is very clear on this.
