I just got rehired and this time is very different. I am happy with the leader I am currently reporting to because he is very supportive of me. Other departments have been very easy to reach out to and I can say I am happy at the moment.

They are versatile. Easy to adjust in situations and are capable of delivering what is asked for us to be successful.

They encourage you to grow and help you develop, seeing the potential in you. They are supportive and are approachable whenever you need them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salary is not competitive in the BPO market anymore. I have heard the range of salaries a person with the same position as me from different companies and they are way above than what I am getting having the same amount of work.
