I have been in the company for almost 13 years now and I can say that the working environment here is very comfortable for me. I know mostly everyone. I am constantly challenged with my work which is good for me.

We mostly know everybody and has a good working relationship with most of the departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have always asked our leaders to consider aligning our pay within the industry rate but no changes has been taken into action.
