No more additional comments. Just here to work for im getting paid. Not excited. Just plain & neutral. I deserve the small increase yearly, but as a tenure and the inflation, effort, loyalty, delivering etc. i no longer no if I should stay

They dont fall short providing promises to retain you as an employee. But less actions providing salary adjustments / realignments
I dont know anymore. Maybe my friends and the fact that i know what to do even without supervision but most of the time its overwhelming
May colleagues nothing more. Maybe if management will provide more incentives and salary increase it will make us more happy going to work. Something ti look forward to
CEOs and upper leadership team have earned big but doesnt have firect impact on us when support staffs and backbones do the actions to get them well compensated
Interacts. But as a tenure i got most of the hard tasks. We have the same role, they have higher pay but i get to do more and challenging task
Not sure. Been with startek for 10 years. Accidentally saw my colleagues pay and hes new but apparently hes paid more & i do more job and do their jobs as well
We work as one. We think and act alike. We know what to value. We love our job eventhough it doesnt love us back. We exchange knowledge without judgement. We listen and provide feedback when necessary
Im with Startek for 11 years now. But salary of my colleagues newly hired is higher than mine. I dont know anymore how startek values tenure employees. Seems like theyre more willing to let go of seasoned employees. Tenured folks doesnt have perks in here.
My friends are willing to listen and i can rant all i want but not to my bosses. Eventually things get better in time not fast but as things got resolve another one will arrive. Sharing issues will not be fixed asap but only time. 10 years in stk
Nothing to look forward to. We are not allowed to be part of rewards & recognition. No incentives. No perks in our department. Same routine daily. I cant complaint because im an undervalued employee that serves startek but will not be recognized. So im just doing my woek because im getting paid.
Just the employees within my level and below. Culture that we established 13 years ago. Higher mangagement doesnt really have an impact on us since they are not around. We are just contented of what we currently earn right now and be happy. Tried not to be toxic to each other and just be enjoy shift
