i was really excited in the beginning though going into may next year, i am not fully seeing any growth in terms of gaining new knowledge

due to constant change in deliverables, we no longer have time for our own growth

they do listen to your woes despite of them not being able to do anything about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
prior to this year, any promotions were only allowed a 20% increase from their current position's salary package. the company just recently changed back to the entry level salary packages. though these entry level packages are no longer within the market value. thus we are loosing people.
