I honestly like we're all updated and if one of us forget certain things, we're reminded.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a team leader as I get to share my knowledge and also learn more from my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork and i look forward to come to work more nowadays as there's a change in environment. It feels happier and more cheerful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I personally like how organised and how all of us are communicative with one another. Apart from that, I also like how we all work as a team and not draw lines and discuss on how we can improve the quality of our work.
