I've been with the company for 8 years and as I look back from being an agent to being a Supervisor now, i must say that Startek really does give you a chance to show your talent and improve yourself that will help you to achieve the dream you wanted to reach. Even if I did not get a college degree.

When I am able to provide ideas and it has been recognized that it would be beneficial both from my WFM and Operations team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they are responsible for the health and safety especially for those who is working on site. They continue to explore ways keep employees going out at Startek.
